Rinsing off our car in PG

I am looking for a place in Pacific Grove where I can rinse off my car, once in a while. 

Instead of driving to Monterey and spending gas, time and money for a car wash,  I would be happy to just drive to a place in the neighborhood and hose off the pollen from the car.

Very simple.
