Repair Help With Handicapped Scooter

My wife needs a handicapped scooter and we have one in our garage that my mother left us when she passed a few years ago. But it doesn't seem to work. Neither of us is very mechanical. It's battery operated and we have had it running on a couple of occasions but the charger seems either to be misplaced or perhaps it's connected and we just don't know it.

Anyway, what we really need is for someone to come to our house in Monterey and take a look at it and see if it is working and, if not, what it will take to get it up to snuff.

This would really be a big help to my wife. She's 74 and has trouble with her legs sometimes and getting around to local stores is a real chore.
