Advice on navigating a gluten free life

Want to or need to go gluten free?  It can be a bit overwhelming to wade through all the information you'll find online.  My partner was diagnosed with celiac disease five years ago and our lives changed dramatically.  I'm not an expert but I do know my way pretty well around creating a gluten free life in the home, the grocery store, restaurants, and at the occassional strangers dinner party!  If you need cooking advice or if you're just freaking out, drop me a line and we'll chat.
